Saag Chicken—Tender pieces of chicken cooked with creamy mustard leaves. This dish is known for its rich and earthy flavours. This dish evolved by adding chicken to another classic Punjabi dish, ‘Sarson ka saag’,  made with mustard leaves and traditionally eaten with cornmeal bread. This dish represents the rich culinary heritage of Punjab.
