Red kidney beans cooked in yoghurt-based sauce. A unique dish from Himachal Pradesh that is cooked without onion and garlic. Dry mango powder and yoghurt are used as a souring agent. One of the most important dishes in a ‘Dham’ is an elaborate sacred meal.
